FAQ
Questions, answered
How long does a made-to-order dress take?
Four to six weeks from consultation to delivery, including fittings. A 50% deposit secures your slot and the balance is due on delivery.
Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes — nationwide courier in 1–3 days for in-stock pieces. Made-to-order pieces are delivered after the final fitting.
Can I return a dress?
In-stock dresses can be returned unworn with tags within 7 days for exchange or credit. Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale.
Are alterations included?
Complimentary alterations on ready-to-wear dresses within Nairobi. Made-to-order pieces are cut to your measurements, so only final tweaks are ever needed.
How do deposits work?
Made-to-order pieces and men's suits are booked with a 50% deposit by M-Pesa or card. Groomsmen packages of five or more include the groom's suit at half price.
Can I book a group fitting?
Yes — bring the whole bridal party. Choose your party size when booking a fitting and we'll prepare a private session.
Do you sell veils and shoes?
Yes — veils, shoes and accessories are available in the atelier during your fitting. Online we list dresses and suits only.
How do I join the Letter Club?
Add your postal address on the Letter Club page — a sample letter is KES 700, or choose the monthly letter at KES 1,200 a month, paid by M-Pesa.
